Oakham Beat.

We are very pleased to report the safe return of Beck Morgan.  The local Police would like to thank all those people who rang in with potential or actual sightings.

Oakham – Theft of parcel left outside door of house in Brooke Road, shortly after 10.50am 23.2.21, contains laptop (no further details) value £600.  Anyone with any information, please tel (101) quoting Crime ref 21*0109273

North Beat.

Greetham – Criminal damage and theft of catalytic converter to perimeter fence overnight 22/23.2.21 at Greetham Garage, Great North Road.

South Beat

Braunston in Rutland – theft of sheep trailer from land off Knossington Road, between 5pm 24th and 8am 25.2.21.  Stolen silver Ifor Williams sheep trailer, 10’ wide.

Officers have arrested three people in connection with catalytic converter thefts in the region | Leicestershire Police (leics.police.uk)

This demonstrates what can be achieved by reporting suspicious behaviour, something PS Kear called for after recent similar thefts in Rutland.
