Land Rover Defender Owners

Please be mindful of your vehicle security if you own a Land Rover Defender. We have had a number stripped for parts in Rutland and surrounding areas. We are urging owners to take preventative action to mitigate the risk of being targeted.

Think about where you are parking your vehicle- Do you make sure you keep it locked and secure? Does your vehicle have an alarm? Is your vehicle overlooked by CCTV?

If you see or hear anything suspicious relating this, then please get in contact with us either on our online reporting tool via the Leicestershire Constabulary Website or 101 in a non-emergency. Please use 999 in an emergency.

Stay vigilant!

Many Thanks,
